π― Position Overview:
As a 4th Grade Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered instruction aligned with the Academic Knowledge and Skills (AKS) curriculum. Your role involves creating an inclusive and structured classroom, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and fellow educators to support student success.

π Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
βοΈ Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
βοΈ Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
βοΈ Utilize data-driven instruction to adjust teaching strategies for better outcomes.
βοΈ Maintain accurate student performance records and analyze assessment data.

βοΈ Establish strong communication channels with parents and guardians.

π Qualifications & Requirements:
π Required:
βοΈ Bachelorβs Degree in an applicable field of education from a PSC-approved college or university.
βοΈ Meets Georgia Certification requirements in the appropriate field of education.
βοΈ Strong knowledge of GCPS policies, instructional techniques, and the AKS curriculum.
βοΈ Ability to integrate technology into teaching for student engagement.
βοΈ Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

βοΈ Prior teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
βοΈ Familiarity with inquiry-based and student-centered learning strategies.
βοΈ Proficiency in data analysis for student assessment and progress tracking.
