🎯 Position Overview:

As a 4th Grade Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered instruction aligned with the Academic Knowledge and Skills (AKS) curriculum. Your role involves creating an inclusive and structured classroom, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and fellow educators to support student success.

📊 Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

✔️ Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.

✔️ Maintain accurate student performance records and analyze assessment data.

📝 Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Required:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field of education from a PSC-approved college or university.
✔️ Meets Georgia Certification requirements in the appropriate field of education.
✔️ Strong knowledge of GCPS policies, instructional techniques, and the AKS curriculum.
✔️ Ability to integrate technology into teaching for student engagement.
✔️ Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

🎯 Preferred:

✔️ Prior teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
✔️ Familiarity with inquiry-based and student-centered learning strategies.
✔️ Proficiency in data analysis for student assessment and progress tracking.
