Job Responsibilities

✅ Architect and implement AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to improve customer engagement.
✅ Develop and optimize AEP Adobe Journey Optimizer to ensure seamless, personalized customer experiences.
✅ Leverage expertise in AEP RTCDP to build and enhance real-time customer data platforms.
✅ Integrate AEP solutions with existing business systems and cloud infrastructure.
✅ Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AEP implementations.
✅ Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AEP solutions that align with business goals.
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt best practices in AEP technologies.
✅ Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects in AEP solutions and development methodologies.
✅ Develop and maintain technical documentation to streamline implementation processes.
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide continuous support for AEP platforms.

Required Qualifications

🎯 12 to 16 years of relevant experience in AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, and RTCDP.
🎯 Expertise in product lifecycle management and digital customer experience solutions.
🎯 Strong programming knowledge in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
🎯 Experience with cloud-based systems and enterprise architecture.
🎯 Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
🎯 Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Annual Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience).
