Your Role & Responsibilities

🎨 Architectural Design & Documentation: Develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents that meet all building codes and regulations.
📅 Project Management: Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, builders, and clients to create practical, constructible designs.
🚧 Site Involvement: Conduct site visits, provide construction support, and troubleshoot design challenges with innovative problem-solving.
🏗 Design-Build Integration: Unlike traditional firms, our designers work directly with builders, ensuring projects are completed as envisioned.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Experience Level: Mid to senior-level professionals with architectural design, detailing, and project management experience.
🎓 Education: BA or BS degree in Architecture.
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (4+ years preferred).
🏗 Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and processes.
📢 Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
⚡ Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Work Requirements

🚗 Ability to drive and sit for extended periods
💪 Occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs
🖥 Dexterity for computer work (keyboard, mouse, etc.)
👂 Normal hearing and vision range required
📞 Effective verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
