👥 Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of front-line associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Supervising daily operations and managing workflow assignments
✔ Providing leadership & cross-training associates for operational efficiency
✔ Ensuring top-notch customer service by handling complaints and warranty issues
✔ Managing inventory, cash handling, and store appearance
✔ Ensuring OSHA & safety compliance
✔ Maintaining quality control, productivity, and cleanliness

📋 Qualifications

🔹 Education: High School Diploma/GED or 3-5 years of leadership experience
🔹 Experience: 1+ year of supervisory/key holder experience and 3-5 years in retail/service industry (automotive preferred)
🔹 Skills: Strong Microsoft Office proficiency & customer service mindset
🔹 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work at elevated heights
🔹 Other: Valid driver’s license required
