📌 RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bank-Centric HCM Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding Dominion Payroll’s market presence by building strong relationships with financial institutions, payroll clients, and HR decision-makers. You will be responsible for selling our payroll and human resource management solutions, while demonstrating our web-based payroll technology and helping businesses optimize their HCM processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting prospective clients.
  • Sell payroll and human resource services to businesses across various industries.
  • Collaborate with bank executives and payroll decision-makers to promote our HCM solutions.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of Dominion Payroll’s innovative, web-based payroll software.
  • Prepare pricing proposals and customize service offerings based on client needs.
  • Close deals and achieve/exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking driven, energetic professionals with a passion for sales and human capital management solutions.

✅ Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in successful HCM, payroll, or related sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level professionals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

💰 Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000
