🛠 Business Consultant Role

As a Business Consultant at Teamwill US, you will work with top financial institutions and asset finance companies across North America, Europe, and Africa, helping them optimize their operations by implementing leading industry software solutions, such as:

✅ Alfa Systems
✅ FIS Ambit
✅ Linedata (Ekip)
✅ Sofico (MILES)
✅ Sopra Banking (Cassiopae, APAK)
✅ NETSOL, SOLIFI, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

✔ Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and provide expert recommendations on future trends.
✔ Analyze client needs and align them with the capabilities of software solutions.
✔ Identify gaps in software solutions, propose realistic workarounds, and ensure they fit within project scope.
✔ Define and validate customization needs for software products based on business requirements.
✔ Prepare detailed specification documents for local development teams and ensure clarity for technical consultants.
✔ Perform modeling, configuration, and functional testing to support the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process.
✔ Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring strong communication and collaboration across teams.
✔ Conduct user training, including designing, customizing, and updating training materials.
✔ Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring that key project milestones are successfully met.

🎯 Qualifications & Experience Required

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent work experience).
✔ Extensive experience in leasing and asset finance software implementation.
✔ Prior consulting experience within the auto and equipment finance industry is highly preferred.
✔ Proficiency in process design tools like Visio and BPMN.
✔ Familiarity with quality management tools such as Jira, QC, and Confluence wikis.
✔ Ability to work in an agile, fast-moving, multicultural, and cross-disciplinary environment.
✔ Strong analytical skills, with a technical background being a plus.
✔ Fluent in English (bilingual proficiency is a plus).
