🧭 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Immigration Consultant, you will:

📁 Lead Case Management: Independently handle case prep, petition filing, document review, and strategy development.
📞 Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing case status updates and inquiries.
🧾 Draft & Review: Generate clear, accurate work product aligned with immigration law and client protocols.
📊 Utilize Tech Tools: Manage caseloads and reporting using immigration-specific systems like Connect.
📢 Advise on Policy Changes: Identify and implement updates when immigration laws or policies shift.
🤝 Mentor & Collaborate: Support team training, improve workflows, and participate in firmwide projects.

✅ Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree + 3 years OR Associate’s degree/paralegal certificate + 4 years of business immigration experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes
✔️ Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and immigration case management systems
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

💼 Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range: $68,000 – $77,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)
🎉 Paid Time Off: 22 PTO days + Federal holidays
