π Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Service Request Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related service requests.
- Input and track requests in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Assign work orders and dispatch technicians for reactive maintenance.
βοΈ Customer Communication & Coordination
- Respond to inquiries regarding work order status.
- Work with vendors to schedule external service calls.
- Ensure efficient and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
βοΈ Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Process purchasing requisitions for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
- Perform data entry and clerical duties as assigned.
π Requirements & Qualifications
πΉ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
πΉ Experience: At least 1 year handling incoming calls, work orders, or facility maintenance requests
πΉ Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CMMS systems (EAMS is a plus)
πΉ Physical & Special Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Repetitive motions: bending, stooping, kneeling
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to obtain facility credentials
- Must be able to obtain a security badge for client site access
