  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist customers with loan payments & repayment plans.
  • Educate customers on payment options and help them avoid delinquency.
  • Negotiate and arrange repayment schedules in compliance with company policies.

  • Follow state & local collection laws to ensure ethical debt collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and document interactions in the system.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

πŸ”Ή Education: High School Diploma or GED
πŸ”Ή Experience:

  • 1+ year in collections or customer service.
  • Familiarity with loan collection policies, debt collection laws, and fair debt practices is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage targets & deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & CRM software.

πŸ“… Monday – Saturday (7 AM – 9 PM CST, 5-day workweek including two evening shifts).

πŸ“… 4 weeks paid training (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST) starting May 5th, 2025.
