๐Ÿ“ž Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our Call Center Team at Boston Logan Airport. This full-time position focuses on email-based customer service for our three major brands. You will support customer rental needs, administrative tasks, and lost and found processes, while also providing backup rental support. This role is perfect for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating great customer experiences.


๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email across Enterprise, National, and Alamo brands

  • Manage and organize Lost & Found items and handle follow-up processes

  • Provide support for overdue rentals, incomplete returns, and rental discrepancies

  • Collaborate with internal Quality Service Process (QSP) teams

  • Perform administrative and miscellaneous support duties as assigned

  • Ensure punctual attendance and maintain professional communication standards

  • Continuously seek improvement through training, feedback, and skill development


โœ… Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

  • No drug/alcohol convictions in the last 5 years

  • Max of 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the past 3 years

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
