📌 Call Center Representative Job Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be outbound warm calls to potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and promoting our fitness products and memberships.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
🎤 Engage customers in conversation to understand their fitness needs and preferences.
🏋️ Promote 24 Hour Fitness memberships and services, explaining their benefits.
❓ Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about gym memberships and offers.
💼 Use sales techniques to influence, negotiate, and close sales deals.
📊 Update customer records in the sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
🎯 Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
🤝 Collaborate with teammates to achieve call center performance goals.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills
