๐ Key Responsibilities:
โ Handle inbound customer calls professionally, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
โ Assist callers with prior authorization inquiries, placement screenings, and service intakes while maintaining accuracy.
โ Document call details and resolutions in the system for accurate record-keeping.
โ Provide comprehensive support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
โ Use provided resources (manuals, guides, and portals) to provide accurate information.
โ Meet performance targets and ensure compliance with SLAs.
โ Work collaboratively with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
โ Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality.
๐ Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED Required
โ
2+ Years of Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service Role

Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
โ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office โ Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM Systems

Excellent Communication Skills โ Ability to Talk & Type Simultaneously
โ
Ability to Multitask & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Healthcare, Insurance, Medicaid, or Claims Experience is Preferred
