โœ” Handle inbound customer calls professionally, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
โœ” Assist callers with prior authorization inquiries, placement screenings, and service intakes while maintaining accuracy.
โœ” Document call details and resolutions in the system for accurate record-keeping.
โœ” Provide comprehensive support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
โœ” Use provided resources (manuals, guides, and portals) to provide accurate information.
โœ” Meet performance targets and ensure compliance with SLAs.
โœ” Work collaboratively with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
โœ” Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality.


๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Skills:

โœ… High School Diploma or GED Required
โœ… 2+ Years of Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service Role
โœ… Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
โœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office โ€“ Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM Systems
โœ… Excellent Communication Skills โ€“ Ability to Talk & Type Simultaneously
โœ… Ability to Multitask & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
โœ… Healthcare, Insurance, Medicaid, or Claims Experience is Preferred
