📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide customer service support via phone and web-based platforms.
✔ Assist Agents, Certified Enrollment Counselors, and government agencies.
✔ Troubleshoot eligibility and application concerns for health benefits.
✔ Maintain knowledge of Health Benefit Exchange (HBEX) policies.
✔ Accurately document interactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
✔ Meet service metrics and performance goals.
✔ Identify and implement process improvements annually.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ High School Diploma or GED (1-3 years of call center experience preferred).
✅ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration is a plus.
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
✅ Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly.
✅ Familiarity with HealthCare.Gov and state benefit programs preferred.
✅ Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus.

✔ Reliable internet (40 MB download, 10 MB upload speeds).
✔ Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi and hotspots not permitted).
✔ Dedicated workspace with security measures for HIPAA compliance.
✔ Safety equipment: Smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
