π Key Responsibilities:
β Provide customer service support via phone and web-based platforms.
β Assist Agents, Certified Enrollment Counselors, and government agencies.
β Troubleshoot eligibility and application concerns for health benefits.
β Maintain knowledge of Health Benefit Exchange (HBEX) policies.
β Accurately document interactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
β Meet service metrics and performance goals.
β Identify and implement process improvements annually.
π Qualifications & Requirements:
β
High School Diploma or GED (1-3 years of call center experience preferred).
β
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration is a plus.
β
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
β
Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly.
β
Familiarity with HealthCare.Gov and state benefit programs preferred.
β
Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus.

β Reliable internet (40 MB download, 10 MB upload speeds).
β Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi and hotspots not permitted).
β Dedicated workspace with security measures for HIPAA compliance.
β Safety equipment: Smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
