πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

βœ” Provide customer service support via phone and web-based platforms.
βœ” Assist Agents, Certified Enrollment Counselors, and government agencies.
βœ” Troubleshoot eligibility and application concerns for health benefits.
βœ” Maintain knowledge of Health Benefit Exchange (HBEX) policies.
βœ” Accurately document interactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
βœ” Meet service metrics and performance goals.
βœ” Identify and implement process improvements annually.


πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements:

βœ… High School Diploma or GED (1-3 years of call center experience preferred).
βœ… Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration is a plus.
βœ… Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
βœ… Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly.
βœ… Familiarity with HealthCare.Gov and state benefit programs preferred.
βœ… Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus.
