π Key Responsibilities:
β Handle inbound calls to resolve patient, doctor, and insurance inquiries.
β Ensure patients receive quality care by accurately supporting pharma programs.
β Document and track all calls to maintain patient records and compliance.
β Use company knowledge base to effectively address patient concerns.
β Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and proprietary information.
β Meet and exceed structured performance goals to ensure exceptional service.
β Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product changes and new features.
β Provide feedback to management to enhance patient experience and service efficiency.
π Qualifications & Skills:
β
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelorβs degree preferred).
β
Prior experience in customer service or an inbound call center required.
β
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related fields strongly preferred.
β
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β
Analytical ability, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
β
Technical aptitude to learn and use new software efficiently.
β
Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-based environment.
β
Passion for delivering excellent patient care and customer service.
