✅ Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

🔹 Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Perform basic medical tasks, including taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety by following standard care procedures.

🔹 Team Collaboration & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans and follow healthcare providers’ instructions.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other medical staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate and communicate with patients and their families to provide support and guidance.

🔹 Facility & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to state, local, and federal regulations regarding patient privacy and care.
• Follow infection control procedures and uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with clinic operations, including stocking medical supplies and maintaining a sterile environment.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements

✔️ Education & Certification:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required (American Heart Association preferred).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, and patient care procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
