💼 Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Civil Engineer experienced in public works and stream-related projects. This position involves close collaboration with senior engineers, our dedicated streams team, and external clients. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering projects that balance community infrastructure with environmental sustainability.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects: stream restoration, roads, bridges, and water/wastewater systems.

• Conduct field investigations and site visits to assess project scope and data requirements.

• Develop technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and detailed reports.

• Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support civil designs.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams for seamless project integration.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.

• Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and assist in client presentations.

• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to maintain alignment on goals and expectations.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public works and stream projects.

• Strong experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.

• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience in business development and client relations is a plus.
