🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility planning

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• EIT certification required (PE license preferred or in progress)

• Proficient or familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D
