💡 Responsibilities

Attend design/build planning meetings to interpret client needs
Draft and design site plans for industrial, commercial, and multifamily developments
Conduct stormwater detention, utility layout, and earthwork analysis
Create 3D renderings and schematic drawings
Research zoning/site restrictions for land development feasibility
Support project teams with civil design input and cost-effective engineering solutions
Mentor junior team members and lead client-facing discussions

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline
5–15+ years of land development or site engineering experience
AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
PE license preferred but not required (ARCO supports licensure)
Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Project skills
