π Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This role involves managing client records, fulfilling operational requests, cross-training in mailroom services, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

π― Key Responsibilities:
β Mailroom & Office Services
- Operate company vehicles (Cube Truck, 24-26 ft Straight Truck) to transport parcels, documents, and client materials on and off-campus. π
- Pick up and deliver packages within the required timeframes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. π¦
- Assist with processing and handling confidential client records. π
- Provide copy/print services, monitor office equipment, and resolve technical issues as needed. π
β Client & Team Support
- Serve as a primary contact for client requests and service fulfillment. π
- Cross-train in all mailroom operations and provide backup support when required. π
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports to track service efficiency. π
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. π
β Operational & Compliance Standards
- Follow safety procedures, DOT regulations, and traffic laws while operating vehicles. π¦
- Manage supply inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained. π
- Uphold security and compliance standards when handling sensitive or confidential information. π
- Adhere to company policies, professional appearance standards, and workplace procedures. π
π Qualifications & Skills:
βοΈ Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required. π
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, courier services, or mailroom operations preferred. πΌ
- Previous experience driving vans or trucks (24β preferred) is a plus! π
βοΈ Technical & Physical Requirements
- Valid California Driverβs License with a clean driving record. π
- 21+ years of age to meet DOT driving requirements. π
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and operate a forklift (training provided). π
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). π»
