As a Client Service Coordinator (CSC), you will play a key role in managing the flow of clients and pets through our hospital. Youβll ensure efficiency, maximize the productivity of the veterinary team, and provide a warm, welcoming environment. Your exceptional communication skills will help build lasting client relationships, influencing them to return and refer their friends and family.
π― Key Responsibilities:
β Client & Pet Experience Management
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. π€
- Educate pet owners about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services. π
- Assist clients with required documentation, pet information entry, and service processing. π
- Provide outgoing clients with detailed instructions, invoices, and prescribed pet medications. π
β Operational Efficiency & Coordination
- Maintain a smooth client flow to support maximum productivity of the veterinary team. π¦
- Actively promote hospital services and wellness plans to new and existing clients. π―
- Schedule appointments, manage administrative tasks, and ensure accurate financial transactions. π³
- Maintain a clean, organized, and client-friendly hospital environment. π₯
β Communication & Leadership
- Foster clear and effective communication between team members and clients. π’

- Assist in resolving client concerns and proactively provide solutions. π€
π Qualifications & Skills:
βοΈ Experience: Customer service experience preferred; veterinary or medical setting experience is a plus! π©Ί
βοΈ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). π
βοΈ Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital management software. π»
βοΈ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. π£οΈ
βοΈ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β³
