Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:

  • Assist clients, prospective clients, and bank employees in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions.

Manage Banking Operations with Accuracy:

  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain compliance with all banking policies and regulations to minimize risk.
  • Review and process operational reports daily to ensure smooth transactions.

Process Teller Transactions with Precision:

  • Operate and balance an assigned cash drawer per bank policies.
  • Conduct deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed promptly and error-free.

Support Branch Operations:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of banking processes and regulations.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements and attend training sessions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience (cash handling or customer service preferred).

💻 Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus!
  • Ability to engage with customers and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Compliance Responsibilities:

📜 Stay Up to Date on Regulations:
As a Client Services Representative I, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including:

  • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
  • Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)
  • Vendor Management Policies
  • Information & Data Security Regulations
  • SEC Rules on Corporate Governance & Disclosure

📚 Ongoing Training:

  • Attend compliance training sessions and staff meetings.
  • Stay informed on updates to financial laws and bank policies.
