Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and provide essential administrative support to keep the clinic running efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:

🌟 Greeting and checking in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.

🗂 Scheduling and managing patient appointments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

📑 Handling electronic medical records (EMR), patient referrals, and insurance verifications.

📞 Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and assisting patients with their needs.

💼 Processing patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.

💰 Supporting billing and insurance functions in compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

🤝 Collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications
✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔ Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred.
✔ Skills: -
Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Work Schedule & Environment

🕒 Full-time position – 64 hours per pay period

📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays
