Position Overview

Join Porsche Financial Services Inc. as a Compliance Intern and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Compliance Management System. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual looking to gain real-world experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Assist in reviewing and developing procedures, policies, processes, and training materials.
✔ Support the PFS vendor management program and compliance tracking efforts.
✔ Help prepare for regulatory examinations and audits.
✔ Administer and report on PFS Learning Management System.
✔ Collaborate with Internal Controls, Consumer Relations, Fraud & AML, and Business Information Security teams.
✔ Contribute to the development of a records retention program.
✔ Conduct compliance documentation and reporting.
✔ Support company-wide software implementation and utilization projects.
✔ Assist departments with new business partner vetting.
✔ Enhance the PFS data privacy program to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
✔ Work on additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong writing and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Junior or higher standing in a BS degree program (preferred majors: Business, Pre-Law, Political Science).
• Ability to commit Full Time.

Physical Requirements

🏋️ Must be able to lift 15 lbs occasionally.
🖥️ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
🗣️ Ability to talk, hear, walk, sit, and stand as required.
