🛠️ About the Role

As a Construction Design Engineer, you’ll report to the Director of Engineering and support infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers to contribute to bridge, rail, and industrial projects from concept to completion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design falsework, temporary bridges, and cofferdams

• Develop hydraulic systems for structural movement

• Perform bridge analysis for equipment loads, stability, and demolition

• Design soil retention systems, formwork, and safety systems

• Conduct barge stability and rigging/lifting analyses

• Produce CAD construction/shop drawings with clarity and precision

• Ensure designs align with safety standards and operational feasibility

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 0–5 years of experience in Construction Engineering or Design

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

• CAD experience preferred
