🎯 Key Responsibilities

As an Intern, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with project teams on real construction tasks

  • Perform jobsite duties and gain exposure to field operations

  • Learn industry trends, safety procedures, and task execution

  • Assist with documenting outcomes and reporting on jobsite issues

  • Participate in safety meetings and promote the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture

  • Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) and follow all safety protocols

🧠 Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a college/university degree program

  • Prior work experience in any field (construction experience is a plus)

  • Ability to perform basic math (e.g., percentages, ratios, simple equations)

  • Competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active jobsites

  • Willingness to ask questions, learn, and contribute in a team setting

  • Proficiency in basic Spanish is a plus

  • Strong verbal communication and common sense decision-making skills
