Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and processing shop drawings, product data, and samples to ensure accurate construction implementation.
• Help manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and communicate effectively across project teams.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and reviewing subcontractor change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure seamless coordination and proper installation.
• Maintain and update project documents, including electronic files, logs, and web-based documentation systems.
• Support procurement efforts by ensuring materials and equipment are released on time for fabrication and construction.
• Assist in compiling close-out documents, including Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and other final project records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (must graduate in 2025).
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or project management is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
