📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist members over the phone with opening accounts, transactions, and product inquiries.
✔ Handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
✔ Provide accurate and timely information regarding Wescom’s products and services.
✔ Engage new members and promote Signature Membership benefits.
✔ Educate members on current marketing promotions and financial services.
✔ Make referrals for insurance, investments, and mortgage services.
✔ Ensure security and confidentiality of member accounts and transactions.
✔ Utilize financial software systems to process and record transactions efficiently.
✔ Meet daily goals for customer engagement, service quality, and compliance standards.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

✅ High school diploma or GED required
✅ Previous customer service or financial industry experience preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
✅ Basic mathematical skills – ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
✅ Willingness to learn new financial software and systems
✅ Ability to work in a structured, goal-driven environment
