RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a key role in employee development, ensuring that training programs align with business goals and industry requirements. Your role will involve:

🎓 Leading engaging training sessions through classroom instruction and webinars tailored to different learning styles.
📌 Developing and delivering training programs for new hires and current employees, ensuring compliance with mortgage and loss mitigation processes.
📊 Designing training materials, including leader guides, participant guides, job aids, and instructional activities.
📝 Creating assessments and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
📈 Evaluating training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and updating materials accordingly.
🤝 Collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency in training initiatives across the company.
💻 Maintaining training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress.

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you should have:

🔹 2–5 years of mortgage experience, with a strong understanding of loss mitigation.
🔹 2–5 years of professional classroom training experience (preferred).
🔹 Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
🔹 Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
🔹 Ability to adapt to changing business needs and meet deadlines efficiently.
🔹 Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
🔹 Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Presenter (preferred).
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
