RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a key role in employee development, ensuring that training programs align with business goals and industry requirements. Your role will involve:
π Leading engaging training sessions through classroom instruction and webinars tailored to different learning styles.
π Developing and delivering training programs for new hires and current employees, ensuring compliance with mortgage and loss mitigation processes.
π Designing training materials, including leader guides, participant guides, job aids, and instructional activities.
π Creating assessments and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
π Evaluating training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and updating materials accordingly.
π€ Collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency in training initiatives across the company.
π» Maintaining training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
πΉ 2β5 years of mortgage experience, with a strong understanding of loss mitigation.
πΉ 2β5 years of professional classroom training experience (preferred).
πΉ Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
πΉ Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
πΉ Ability to adapt to changing business needs and meet deadlines efficiently.
πΉ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
πΉ Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Presenter (preferred).
πΉ Bachelorβs degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
