In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, employees, and visitors. You will handle inbound calls, manage CRM data entry, support administrative tasks, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Answer and route customer calls & emails while providing a friendly and professional experience

Handle customer inquiries and enter detailed support tickets in CRM
β
Greet and assist visitors at the corporate headquarters
β
Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries
β
Update and maintain customer records in internal databases
β
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth customer support operations
β
Perform administrative support tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
β
Monitor and track customer concerns to identify common trends and suggest improvements
Qualifications & Skills
π Education:
β Required β High School Diploma or equivalent
β Preferred β Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
π Experience:
β At least 1 year of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience
β Experience working in CRM, ticketing systems, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
β Banking or financial services experience (preferred but not required)
π Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication (Professional email & phone etiquette)
- Strong organizational & multitasking abilities (Ability to manage multiple calls, emails, and CRM tasks)
- Technical Proficiency β Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset β Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Attention to detail β Accuracy in data entry and documentation
π Preferred Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to quickly learn new software & systems
- Analytical mindset to track customer support trends
