Key Responsibilities

βœ… Answer and route customer calls & emails while providing a friendly and professional experience
βœ… Handle customer inquiries and enter detailed support tickets in CRM
βœ… Greet and assist visitors at the corporate headquarters
βœ… Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries
βœ… Update and maintain customer records in internal databases
βœ… Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth customer support operations
βœ… Perform administrative support tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management

Qualifications & Skills

πŸ“Œ Education:
βœ” Required – High School Diploma or equivalent
βœ” Preferred – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

βœ” At least 1 year of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience
