🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with ticketing, check-in, baggage, and flight boarding

  • Perform flight preparations: manage seat assignments, meal coordination, and upgrades

  • Operate computer systems, iPads, and complete associated paperwork

  • Maintain cabin security and aircraft boarding compliance

  • Load, secure, and process passenger luggage

  • Adapt to other customer support roles as assigned


🧠 Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or community-facing experience

  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties (stooping, squatting, grasping)

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends

  • Must pass airport SIDA badge requirements

  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Must participate in and complete paid training

  • Comfortable using reservation systems and learning procedures
