💼 Job Responsibilities:

👥 Customer Experience:

✔️ Greet and assist customers with products and services.
✔️ Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience.
✔️ Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries.
✔️ Offer helpful product recommendations and suggest add-on purchases.
✔️ Maintain a welcoming store environment by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.

📦 Store Operations:

✔️ Process customer transactions including cash, credit, returns, and refunds.
✔️ Maintain stock levels by checking inventory and restocking shelves.
✔️ Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
✔️ Assist with store displays, product resets, and promotional setups.
✔️ Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).

📸 Specialty Services:

✔️ Provide photo services, including passport photos, poster prints, and digital products.
✔️ Handle web order pickups and assist customers with their purchases.

🛠️ Maintenance & Compliance:

✔️ Maintain the store’s interior and exterior to ensure a clean and organized environment.
✔️ Follow company policies and support a positive team culture.
✔️ Assist in special assignments and additional tasks as assigned.

🎓 Job Requirements & Qualifications:

📚 Basic Qualifications:

✔️ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
✔️ Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

📋 Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ 6+ months of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
✔️ Prior work experience is a plus.
✔️ Bilingual skills are a plus.
✔️ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
