Hassan & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our fuel station and food mart in Cerritos, CA. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to grow, serve, and be a key part of a team that values professionalism, cleanliness, and top-tier customer care.

Whether you’re greeting guests, stocking shelves, or maintaining food prep areas, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a clean, safe, and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Customer Service & Sales

Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude (“Welcome to Chevron!”).
Recommend promotional items and credit card programs.
Perform the Four Steps of Service to ensure top Mystery Shop scores.

🛒 Merchandising & Store Appearance

Keep displays, coolers, and shelves stocked and organized.
Replace outdated signage and remove expired or damaged goods.
Maintain a neat and clean food & beverage station.

☕ Food & Beverage Handling

Ensure all hot food/beverage items are fresh and at proper temperatures.
Sanitize coffee/fountain machines, ovens, and roller grills regularly.

💵 Cash Handling

Conduct accurate POS transactions using cash, credit, or debit.
Perform basic math and make safe drops as per policy.

🧼 Maintenance & Cleanliness

Clean floors, restrooms, and inside/outside trash areas.
Maintain fuel pumps, squeegees, and paper supplies outdoors.

🔄 Other Responsibilities

Follow all shift checklists and ID-check policies.
Learn car wash operations (if applicable).
Assist with other duties as assigned by station management.

Requirements

✅ Customer service experience preferred
✅ Strong communication & multitasking skills
✅ Flexibility to work overnight shifts (12AM–8AM/7AM)
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
✅ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
✅ Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tools a plus
