🤝 Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing base of customers across multiple communication channels, including email, phone, chat/SMS, social media, and order management systems. The CSR will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, resolving customer issues, managing orders, and working cross-functionally with internal teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat

• Handle 80+ emails or support tickets daily based on demand

• Provide assistance with E-commerce order management

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

• Troubleshoot basic product or service concerns

• Educate customers about products, promotions, and company programs

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations

• Support marketing efforts, including contests and campaigns

• Assist at industry trade shows when required

📋 Position Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP system navigation

• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about firearms

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with physical tasks

• Firearms knowledge is a plus but not required

• Must be comfortable working around firearms
