The UHealth Connect Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to join our team at the Medley, FL office. In this role, you will serve as a senior-level customer service professional, handling complex inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting junior staff. ๐ Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and escalations. You will support and mentor junior representatives, handle more complex issues, and work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
๐ Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support: Respond to customer inquiries, requests for service, and complaints via phone, email, fax, and in person.

Issue Resolution: Research and resolve complex and escalated customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Documentation & Tracking: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in the tracking system, ensuring proper follow-up.

Escalation Management: Identify issues that require further investigation and escalate them to leadership when necessary.

Training & Mentoring: Assist and support junior customer service representatives, helping them navigate inquiries and resolve customer concerns.

Process Improvement: Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer service operations.
โ
Confidential Information Handling: Process sensitive customer data with discretion and adherence to privacy policies.

Adherence to Policies: Follow University and department-level policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
๐ Must-Have Qualifications
๐น Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
๐น Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
๐น Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
๐น Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
๐น Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve a variety of issues.
๐น Leadership & Mentorship: Experience training or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
๐น Availability: Must be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
๐น Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
