🎯 Position Overview
Join Health Mart Atlas, a division of McKesson, as a Customer Service Representative where you’ll be the first point of contact for our network of independent pharmacies. In this remote role, you’ll help resolve pharmacy inquiries, manage call follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams—all while delivering exceptional service and support.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Inbound Communication (60%)

Respond to pharmacy inquiries via phone and email

Assist with claims adjudication, reimbursements, payments, and contract questions
Outbound Follow-Ups (30%)

Conduct calls to close open issues

Return voicemails and support call campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

Liaise with departments to share contract changes, industry trends, and updates
📋 Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of customer service experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word

Familiarity with tools like SAP, Verint, Cisco Finesse, Salesforce, and Workday

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred Skills:

Prior call center or remote customer service experience

Experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
🕒 Schedule

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (ET)

8-hour shifts assigned based on business needs
