๐ Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide inbound phone and email support for facility services. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
๐ผ Work remotely while supporting a fast-paced, dynamic environment with professional growth opportunities.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Respond to inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with maintenance and service inquiries.
๐ Create and manage work orders in our CMMS system, ensuring accurate documentation.
๐ ๏ธ Dispatch appropriate personnel for maintenance requests based on urgency and required skill set.
๐ Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
๐ Track and report service requests, ensuring efficient operations and escalation when needed.

Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous support.
๐ Work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions for customer requests.
๐ก Identify service trends and recommend process improvements.
๐ฏ Qualifications & Skills
๐ Required:
โ๏ธ High School diploma or GED.
โ๏ธ 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contract service industry.
โ๏ธ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
โ๏ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
โ๏ธ Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
โ๏ธ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
โ๏ธ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
โ๏ธ Experience with CMMS or web-based management systems (preferred).
