We’re currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support patients across the U.S. in navigating our platform, setting up payment plans, and delivering an outstanding support experience that builds trust and improves lives.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as the voice of PayZen—engaging patients via chat, SMS, email, and phone

  • Support patients in setting up, managing, and understanding payment plans

  • Influence and educate users on the value of digital healthcare payment options

  • Collaborate with providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless support

  • Help optimize our processes by identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Deliver empathetic, problem-solving support that aligns with our values


Your Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of contact center or call center experience (payment servicing preferred)
✅ Passion for patient-first service and impact-driven work
✅ Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving abilities
✅ Comfort working remotely, with strong time management & reliability
✅ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
✅ Adaptable to evolving tools, schedules, and workflows
