As a Verification Associate, you will be an essential part of the Operations Team, ensuring that invoices and supporting documentation are accurate, compliant, and meet client operating standards. Your work will help maintain the asset quality of receivables within our Factoring Group. You will handle data processing, new client funding tasks, and administrative duties, all while working under the guidance of the Verification Team Lead.

How You’ll Make an Impact

βœ” Invoice Verification & Compliance: Review and verify invoices against client operating standards to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies.
βœ” Outbound Inquiries & Data Accuracy: Conduct phone calls and website lookups to confirm invoice validity and identify discrepancies.
βœ” Documentation & Record-Keeping: Ensure all new debtors, errors, missing documentation, credit limit breaches, and other concerns are clearly noted and addressed.
βœ” Issue Resolution & Policy Adherence: Identify any policy exceptions or material issues and escalate them to the Verification Team Leader for appropriate action.
βœ” Operational & Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and new client funding while ensuring adherence to internal operations procedures.
βœ” Best Practices & Process Improvement: Contribute to teamwide efficiency by implementing best practices, optimizing verification processes, and improving workflow accuracy.
βœ” Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth factoring operations and a seamless customer experience.

πŸ”Ή Understanding of Transportation & Financial Documentation: Familiarity with freight invoices, factoring processes, and financial regulations is a plus.
