As a Customer Support Specialist (Benefits), you will be at the forefront of helping customers navigate benefits administration, resolve product-related issues, and optimize their experience with Rippling. ๐ Key Responsibilities โ What Youโll Be Doing
๐ก Customer Support & Benefits Administration:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize Ripplingโs benefits administration features.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding group health and welfare plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors about benefits policies, eligibility, and claims.
๐ Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
- Take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring a seamless support experience.
- Leverage phone, chat, email, and video conferencing to assist customers effectively.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to the Product and Engineering teams for improvements.
๐ฏ Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with internal teams to improve support workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with U.S. healthcare processes, COBRA regulations, and flexible benefits programs.
- Provide insights on automation opportunities and feature enhancements to improve the Rippling platform.
๐ Required Qualifications โ What Youโll Need to Succeed
โ๏ธ Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 9:00 AM โ 5:30 PM PST to support customer needs effectively.
๐ก Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare processes, COBRA, and flexible benefits programs.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
