About the Role

The Game Shows Division at SPE manages two of America’s most iconic game shows: Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. The Digital Marketing & Content Intern will support the marketing team with content creation, digital strategy, and brand engagement. This role is perfect for students passionate about storytelling, partnerships, and entertainment marketing.

Responsibilities

🔹 Write engaging content for promotional campaigns, including contestant features, tournament recaps, quizzes, and digital articles.
🔹 Create website copy, such as banners, photo captions, giveaway pages, and interactive content.
🔹 Develop email marketing campaigns that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
🔹 Collaborate with the social media team to pitch creative digital activations and campaigns.
🔹 Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.

Education & Skills

✔️ Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
✔️ Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities with a creative flair.
✔️ Collaboration: Ability to work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔️ Desire to Learn: Eager to grow in the digital marketing and entertainment sectors.
✔️ Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (through internships, freelance, or personal projects).
✔️ Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing, and a passion for game shows and entertainment.

Work Environment & Requirements
