🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to warehouse and supply chain teams

Handle budgeting, purchasing, and expense-related tasks with precision

Manage calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Maintain and update reports, databases, and relevant systems

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, training, and travel

Organize documentation, files, and archiving in accordance with compliance policies

Take on special projects and tasks as needed to support logistics operations
🎯 Requirements:

Experience in administrative, logistics, or warehouse support roles

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics systems is a plus

Willingness to take initiative and support various departments as needed
💵 Salary & Total Rewards:
Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
