We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bedford, Indiana. This hybrid role will support cutting-edge technology development in electronic systems, including self-sinter solder innovation and mission-critical lab operations.


๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lab experiments to support technology development for self-sinter solder

  • Analyze data, create technical documentation, and evaluate lab results

  • Draft and review technical reports

  • Support lab operations and assist the local lab manager in day-to-day oversight

  • Collaborate with customers to extract requirements and report project status

  • Participate in reliability testing, including thermal cycling, mechanical shock, and vibration analysis


๐ŸŽ“ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

    • OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

  • U.S. citizenship required (no security clearance needed)

  • Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and system-level TDPs

  • Familiarity with systems engineering concepts

  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders


โญ Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with PCB production, from fabrication to qualification

  • Proficiency in PCB design tools like:

    • Mentor Graphics PADS

    • Cadence OrCAD

    • Altium

    • Eagle

  • Ability to develop and execute test plans for printed circuit assemblies
