Metaโ€™s Enterprise Solutions team is seeking a passionate Enterprise Support Technician to support critical internal services across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, and AR/VR products. This is an opportunity to work at the frontline of Metaโ€™s IT support operations, providing world-class service, troubleshooting, and support in a high-impact environment.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely troubleshooting or escalation for technical issues, ensuring clear communication throughout

  • Act as a primary contact at in-person Helpdesk, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and apps

  • Maintain outstanding customer service and satisfaction with quick incident resolution

  • Document, track, and close trouble tickets, while expanding IT knowledge base

  • Support new product and service releases, staying ahead of industry trends

  • Offer detailed, organized feedback for ongoing service improvement

  • Promote and comply with all Meta Health and Safety policies

  • Available for travel to other Meta regional offices as needed


๐Ÿ’ผ Skills & Experience Required

  • 1+ years in a technical support role (corporate or retail environment)

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and Mac OS X 14 systems

  • Familiarity with mobile OS support: iOS and Android

  • Setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals

  • Proficient with collaboration tools (Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Suite)

  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy, or Asana

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


โญ Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems (Fedora, Ubuntu)

  • Network infrastructure support experience

  • Conference room AV/VC technology experience is a plus
