About the Role

Are you looking to kick-start your accounting career with a dynamic and growing company? Medpace is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Cincinnati, OH. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to key financial processes that drive the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Financial Reporting & Month-End Close:

  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
  • Conduct account reconciliations & financial analysis.
  • Resolve account discrepancies in collaboration with finance teams.

✔ Audit & Compliance:

  • Support year-end financial statement audits by preparing audit work papers.
  • Assist with US GAAP & foreign statutory compliance.

✔ Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Work on financial reporting & operational process improvements.
  • Coordinate with global finance teams & external accountants.
  • Participate in special projects to enhance company-wide financial efficiency.

Requirements

🔹 Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
✔ 0-1 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates welcome!).

🔹 Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
✔ Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
