Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Perform account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
Execute account reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records
Manage account coding for proper classification of transactions
Process accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely invoice payments
Use ERP solutions and Dynamics NAV in day-to-day operations
Efficiently work with Adobe Acrobat for handling digital documentation
Operate various accounting software systems to streamline processes
Maintain and audit financial transaction records
Address internal and external accounting inquiries

Qualifications & Skills

✅ At least 3 years of accounting experience
✅ Proficient in account coding and reconciliations
✅ Strong working knowledge of accounting software systems
✅ Comfortable using Adobe Acrobat and other document tools
✅ Familiarity with Dynamics NAV and ERP solutions is a major plus
✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Strong communication and organizational abilities
