Position Summary:

As an Export and Sales Operations Coordinator at SKF’s Lubrication Management Division, you’ll ensure the smooth processing of outbound export shipments. You’ll coordinate with customer service, freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and transport carriers to guarantee packages are shipped on time and all documentation is properly completed. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a dynamic logistics environment, this is the role for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process export orders in JD Edwards after warehouse completion.

  • Prepare accurate export documentation using Global Wizard software.

  • Send pre-alert emails with tracking information and required documents to customers.

  • Collaborate daily with customer service on shipment details and special requests.

  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and compliant shipping.

  • Monitor open export orders through the warehouse system to avoid delays.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation carriers for pickups.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date export documentation and filing systems.

  • Enhance documentation processes for efficiency alongside the Outbound Logistics Supervisor.

  • Manage truck driver check-in procedures at the facility.

  • File and manage bills of lading for outgoing shipments.

  • Track shipments and provide updates to the customer service team.


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2–3 years’ experience in export documentation (preferred).

  • Familiarity with JD Edwards, Exacta, and Global Wizard systems is a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong knowledge of world geography; second language skills a bonus.

  • Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage workflow independently.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk and work safely in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
