βœ”οΈ Serve as the primary administrative assistant for multiple faculty members

βœ… Course & Teaching Assistance:

βœ”οΈ Handle last-minute changes and scheduling conflicts efficiently

βœ… Research & Document Support:
βœ”οΈ Assist faculty with gathering books, articles, and online research materials
βœ”οΈ Proofread, format, and organize case studies, research papers, and academic documents
βœ”οΈ Manage references and citations for academic publications

βœ… Finance & Expense Management:
βœ”οΈ Track and process expense reimbursements in a timely manner
βœ”οΈ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
βœ”οΈ Ensure compliance with Harvard Business School’s financial policies

βœ… Event & Conference Coordination:
βœ”οΈ Organize seminar series, research conferences, and faculty events
βœ”οΈ Plan logistics, send invitations, and coordinate event materials
βœ”οΈ Ensure smooth execution of all academic and networking events

βœ… Office & Communication Management:
βœ”οΈ Handle emails, correspondence, and inquiries on behalf of faculty
βœ”οΈ Maintain a clean and professional workspace with necessary supplies

βœ… Education & Experience:
βœ”οΈ High School Diploma or GED required
βœ”οΈ Minimum 3+ years of experience in administrative, executive, or faculty support
