📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee flooring installations and service jobs within an assigned geographic area.
✔ Act as the primary field liaison between the company and the customer.
✔ Ensure field operational policies and procedures are followed correctly.
✔ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and subcontractors.
✔ Perform pre-walk, post-walk, and quality walk inspections to ensure all work meets company standards.
✔ Verify job completion and confirm installations align with requirements.
✔ Handle repair resolutions at designated job sites.
✔ Maintain open communication with the Expediting and Field Operations teams regarding crew management.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with homebuyers on-site before and after installation.
✔ Participate in model home meetings and oversee model home job sites.
✔ Review and resolve back charges related to customers or subcontractors.
✔ Perform weekly office responsibilities to confirm job readiness and scheduling.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🚀 Skills & Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent (required).
✔ 3-5 years of experience in the construction or flooring industry (preferred).
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage job sites efficiently.
✔ Excellent communication skills to work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them professionally on-site.
✔ Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship.
