🔍 About the Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role will provide exposure to Structured Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), allowing candidates to gain hands-on experience in capital markets, project financing, and corporate financial strategy.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating financial models, analyzing project returns, supporting financing transactions, and preparing business forecasts. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, making this an exciting opportunity for career development in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Structured Finance:

• Assist in financial modeling and capital structure analysis for renewable energy projects.
• Work with private equity firms, lenders, and M&A partners to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support project financing negotiations and due diligence efforts.

🔹 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Prepare forecasts, business performance reports, and financial presentations for executive leadership.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in corporate financing activities by working with lenders and investors.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with various teams across finance, development, and operations to support business growth.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
✔ Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and investment analysis.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
✔ Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to improving processes.
✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with stakeholders and senior executives.
✔ Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
