🔎 Position: Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team, acting as a strategic financial partner across multiple business functions. You will be responsible for providing accurate financial insights, supporting budget planning, and analyzing cost structures to optimize decision-making.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of fusion energy.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and enhance production metrics to optimize resource planning.
✅ Establish processes to improve data accuracy and help transition our factory from development to manufacturing operations.
✅ Build financial forecasts for Tokamak hardware production and capital equipment procurement.
✅ Track and report on factory financial performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
✅ Support long-term financial planning, revenue forecasting, investment analysis, and valuation.
✅ Partner with budget leaders to monitor purchase orders, analyze variances, and enhance financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or STEM fields.
📊 Experience: 1-3 years in a fast-growing technology company or dynamic environment.
📈 Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
🖥️ Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Familiarity with ERP, MES, and Enterprise Applications is a plus.
📢 Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and data visualization skills to convey financial insights effectively.
🤝 Collaboration: Ability to work across departments to drive process improvement and ensure data integrity.
⚡ Adaptability: High energy with a willingness to take on complex challenges and work in fast-paced environments.
